Price quoted will be subject to the dates of your travel and hotels selected by you. Airfare will be based on economy class, unless higher class travel is specified by you. Rail Travel will be in air conditioned coaches and surface transportation will be in Toyota

Coast excludes the following:

- Meals not specifically mentioned under hotel booking;
- Any item of personal nature such as tips, laundry charges, telephone calls, beverages, other personal expenses of whatsoever nature;
- Any item not specifically forming part of the package quoted to you;
- Entry fee to monuments or services of guides if requested.

| Cancellation Rules: |
Any charges in the tour arrangements must be advised immediately and we reserve the right to charge cancellation fee that may be incurred by failure to allow us sufficient time to amend the arrangements originally requested. Additional cost for changes of arrangements shall be borne by the client. In the event of a cancellation, INJA Infinity Global Travels Pvt. Ltd. Will do its utmost to protect the client. However, In the case of a hotel / carrier / contractor imposing a cancellation fee, such cancellation fees will be charge to the client. Refund will be made on tours on the portions of arrangement not taken, less any cancellation charges incurred.
A notice of three to four weeks is required for the cancellation of a booking.

INJA Infinity Global Travels Pvt. Ltd, accepts no liability in connection with service of any train, vessel, carriage, aircraft or other vehicle which is used other either wholly or in part conveying the passenger and will not be responsible for any injury, loss, accident
Delay or irregularity which may occur due to defect any vehicle or through the neglect or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or for any act, error or omission of any hotel proprietor or other person engaged carrying out the purposes for which tickets for coupons have been issued, neither does it accept any responsibility for passenger’s baggage.

| Insurance: |
We recommend that all tourists arrange adequate insurance coverage accident, health hazard, missed flight connection, loss of baggage, etc for their entire journey prior to their arrival in India.

Health:
|
- passengers should take all health precautions and should be in good health. All risks involved during the tour will be exclusively born by the passenger.
- No vaccination is required to visit India. However, precautions should be taken against water borne disease.

Visa:
|
- Visa for traveling to India must be obtained well in advanced by the passenger. Visa on arrival is not available in India.
