Have your breakfast and visit Mattupetty, famous for its highly specialized dairy farm. Other attractions at Mattupetty are the Mattupetty Lake and dam. Take a boat ride at the Lake and enjoy the beautiful mountains and landscapes. Later we proceed to the Echo point, famous for the natural echo phenomenon and then to Top Station, which offers marvelous bird's eye view of Munnar valley below. Return back to the resort and relax. Dinner and vernight will be at the resort.
Day 3 Alleppey /House Boat
After breakfast, we drive to Alleppey to get aboard houseboat. The traditional houseboat of Kerala is the best way to explore the beautiful backwaters. Cruise through Punnamada Lake to enter the charming waters of the Vembanad
Lake and enjoy the panoramic views along the banks. Palm fringed narrow canals winding through the vast expanse of paddy fields and the neat tiny hamlets lined up along either side of the canals are sights you can never forget your entire life time. Spend the night aboard the houseboat itself.
Day 4: Kumarakom
In the morning, we check out from the houseboat and drive to Kumarakom. A picturesque, clean village, Kumarakom is a small hamlet on the banks of a lagoon formed by the Vembanad Lake. Upon arrival there, we check in to your resort and relax for a while. In the evening enjoy the sunset cruise. Dinner vernight will be at the resort in Kumarakom.
Day 5: Kumarakom
After breakfast we will take you to the bird sanctuary of Kumarakom, where you can explore a whole new world of bird life. Later get ready for journey back home with sweet memories of your honeymoon in Kerala.
