NORTH EAST TOUR

On arrival you will be received at Guwahati and after a brief welcome ceremony board-waiting vehicle to be taken for Lunch. After lunch drive to Nameri National Park(208km), the home of four rare wild cats. Night stay will be at tented accommodation inside the park.

Early morning elephant ride inside the National Park. Return for a picnic lunch by the riverside. Raft down the river and enjoy angling in the river Jia Bhoroli. Return to camp for overnight stay.

Drive to Bhalukpung, the entry point to Western Arunachal Pradesh. After entry formalities we proceed to Tipi Orchid Research centre, where a glasshouse boasts of 7500 different Orchids. Return to your camp for some more rafting and angling. Dinner and overnight at the camp.

Early morning drive to Tezpur (38km), have breakfast inside the Cole Park, and leave for Kaziranga (120km) enroute stopping at Agnigarh before crossing the magnificent Kaliabhomora Bridge across River Brahmaputra. We check in at the tourist lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Early morning we explore central area of Kaziranga National Park on an elephant safari. Ride an Elephant through the park chasing a unicorn rhino along with a wide range of rare species of birds. After having our sumptuous lunch, we again take jeep safari to the central area of the park. Rest of the day is at your leisure to explore and admire nature at its best. Dinner and overnight stay at tourist lodge.

Today we visit a nearby Tea Estate and a tribal village to admire and smells of the world famous Assam tea. Our accommodation has been booked in advence in a host bunglow, seated on the verandah, you can enjoy the spring-scented evening with hot cup of Assam tea. Dinner and overnight stay at a bunglow located in the tea estate.

After having our hearty breakfast, we visit a tea factory to see for ourself how the Assam tea is blended to give you that refreshing taste. Later we leave for Namdapha (200km), enroute we have our lunch at Tinsukia. On arrival at Namdapha National Park in Arunachal Pradesh, we check into our room for some much needed rest. Dinner and overnight stay at Camp Namdapha.

Early morning we enjoy the elephant ride inside the park to be in the true wilderness of the Mother Nature. We arrive at the campsite and in the afternoon we enjoy angling in the river. Dinner and overnight at Camp.

As our this tour of the North East India comes to an end, we depart early morning for Dibrugarh airport for our flight back home or onward destination.
